The client can cancel up to four times every 30 days, After that, you will get 50% off whenever you cancel your session. 12 hours or more before the appointment, you'll get a full refund. Within 12 hours to 6 hours before the appointment, you'll receive a 75% refund. Within 6 hours to 3 hours before the appointment, you'll receive a 50% refund. Less than 3 hours before the appointment, no refund will be applied. You can manage your sessions either through the Shezlong app or the website.
