This was my first-ever therapy session, and I was nervous beforehand. She was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable, even through a virtual session. She listened carefully and took the time to understand my situation before offering thoughtful advice, without rushing to conclusions. I appreciated how she approached the conversation and helped build a sense of trust from the start. I’ll definitely be continuing my sessions with her.
